Our objective is to integrate the most suitable people for each job into the company.

And, therefore, establish the most appropriate conditions for their personal and professional development, enhance their capabilities, so that each person can contribute the best of themselves to the organization, and enhance teamwork.

The training of our staff is one of our main objectives. Through the Annual Training Plans, we seek to adapt technological advances to the activities of the company, develop the personal and professional capacities of our employees, for a better performance of their work, spread the culture and values of the company.


At JMJ, courses related to, among other things, occupational safety, quality and environmental policies, specific technical courses of the activity carried out by the company, languages are taught.

We have an Equality Plan, where it is established as basic principles to achieve equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, and eliminate any situation of discrimination based on sex. These principles will be the determining factors for promoting the professional and personal development of all employees.


This commitment extends to each of the areas in which the company’s activity is carried out, from the selection, training, hiring of personnel, working hours, promotion, remuneration, health and prevention of occupational risks.

JMJ already has a Branch in the Dominican Republic, where it carries out Projects for Private companies of Study, Design and Construction of different works.
